Training, qualifications & experience
I trained at the Royal Berkshire College of Clinical Hypnotherapy in 2011. I work out of a clinic delivering clinical hypnotherapy in Woking, Surrey.
I am a member of the following governing bodies: Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP) and the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and I adhere to their professional code of ethics.
I specialise in Stress, Depression and Anxiety
However, I use many modalities and I can help with multiple issues, such as weight management, lack of confidence, stopping smoking, fears and phobias, amongst others. I use various tools including Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanalysis, Integrated Parts Therapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Life Coaching and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitiation and Reprocessing).
Hypnotherapy with Children
I have also been very lucky to train under Linda Hudson, who specialises in Hypnotherapy with Children. I can help with overcoming anxiety, separation anxiety, phobias, behavioural problems, concentration, exam nerves, performance nerves, being bullied.
Keeping up to Date
I regularly attend courses and conferences within the field to keep up to date with new techniques and thought processes to always offer my clients a new way of looking at the world and moving forward in a positive way.
My work with you is totally confidential. My wide range of training is there to help you achieve the best possible outcome for you. Thus enabling you to move forward in life, free from anxiety and fear. Giving you total confidence in who you are as a person.
My fees are £70 per hour for consultation and therapy sessions.
Stopping Smoking is £200. This is a one off two hour session, which has a high success rate.
